I am using this expression as text color (click on '+' on your dimension/expression) :
=if(audit_type='Update New',rgb(200,0,0)) to get the report as sample.png.
But when I am exporting it to excel . The columns with red color is also becoming black.
Is there any way to export to excel extactly the same as it is showing in qlikview report.
Hi,
I presume you are using Excel 2003-2007 which has a limit of 65000 rows. Within that limit QlikView will preserve the color format but, if you export more than 65000 rows QlikView will make a csv file and open it in excel and all format (including colors and font) will be lost.
Try to export less rows than 65000.
Regards,
David
Can you load your sample file?

This is happening when I am selecting nothing.
But if I select a particular product_code.Its coming fine...
When I export your table.. got the right one as per your requirement.
Please check enclosed file.
If the rows are more than 65,000 (don't know the exact value), the table will be exported as .CSV file and you will lose your formatting of color.
Hope this helps...
Hi Suvechha,
You can try increasing the limit using the below option:
This option can be found by navigating to Help--About Qlikview and then right click on the qlikviw icon in left hand side bottom.
