Hi everyone,
Couldn't find a definitve answer on this, so here goes:
When users choose a dashboard to open, they must click "view details" under the thumbnail and pick Internet Explorer Plugin to see all of the features the developers have built into it. Is there a way to override this, so that this plugin is activated automatically, without intervention? IE 11 is the standard browser in our company, by the way...
OK, presuming you have the plugin installed:
check the preferred client is set to IE plug in for the user - favourites and profile
click remove last document state
click on internet explorer plugin
close again
going forward you should just be able to click on the thumbnail

Hi Hans,
make the IE plug-in the only option that's available:
QMC > Documents > Availability > uncheck 'full browser and small device'
HTH

Hi Andy, thanks for your quick reply!!
I did exactly as you said. Two things have changed: when clicking the thumbnail, I immediately see this:
Which of course is much better already! Is there no way to go around that popup, which only shows one choice? Seems a bit nonsensic...

Where do I do this? In the QMC there is no 'favourites and profile' section..
Hi Hans,
Favorite & Profiles in in the access point top right corner next to the user name
Great! Thanks very much, Andy!! That did the trick!
No worries, enjoy!
