I can not open my files, and not because of the license.

Good Morning.

I changed my computer and did a clean installation of Qlikview. I knew about the four exceptions in which the owner of the files can be reassigned, so I did not care, since all four were unused.

However, the program (12.20.20800.0) does not open the files. Give error messages: (Attach the captures) "Error loading the document xxxxxx.qvw" And then, when accepting, another small window that says: "Failed to open document" and an OK. Nothing about the license or the file owner.

Any idea why it happens or how to solve it?

Thanks and regards.

Nacho García.

Is your QV versions similar to what you have now and what you built on? Can you move your qvw file from One drive to some where locally and try again? Probably its not reading from your One drive cloud? Restart your system and try again.

For me It sounds like File corrupted. If you have backup you can use it ...!
