I have a table with a column called "status", the column label displays with a green dot beside the label
I've no idea why its there and it doesn't do any harm. When I mouse over the green dot the cursor changes to show it could be clicked on but clicking doesn't do anything.
Does anyone know what this is?
Mark,
This means that you are filtering on "Open" status only.
Add "Current Selections" object to your document ,and then you will be able to clear this selection. Also, you can use "Clear" button in the top ribbon.
Marcin
It means that you have made a selection in the field Status.
Do clear all then you will be know.

if you don't want it
in "Presentation" tab, uncheck "Selection Indicators"
That means Status Open is in selection. Once you unselect the status it will clear
Hmmm… so why do other labels in the same table not display this indicator when they are selected….they also have the selection indicators checked?
