I need help please..

A tab needs to be added to the Payer Performance application called "Plan Pull Thru Trend". The purpose of this tab is to show how a specific plan or plans are trended based on a contract win. The concept is to show how much better we are doing by comparing to the previous period. This tab needs to be presented in both a quarterly format as well as a monthly format. In the quarterly format, the base period will be the three month prior to contract date compared to each three month grouping. In the monthly format, the based period will be the month prior to the contract compared to each month forward.

Requirements:

- There should be a selection for a specific measure. The following are the measures: TRx, NRx, TQTY, NQTY, Avg Co-Pay, Median Co-Pay, Market Share.

- There needs to be a way for the user to see the report either as a monthly or as a quarterly view. This can be done thru a cyclic button on a list box.

- There should be the ability for a user to select a single Contract Date. The contact date should be a list of months and years which are the same 24 months and years that are in the current payer performance application. When a user selects a Contract Date, the data should filter to the Contract date minus one month or the Contract date minus one month is the quarterly view is selected. For example, if the user selects January 2010 the charts and tables on the page should start at December 2009. If using a quarterly view, if the user selects January 2010 the charts and tables on the page should start at October 2009. The contract date needs to be saved with any bookmarks.

- There should be a graph on the upper part of the page. The graph will show the selected measure started on the contract date minus one month or three months. There should be a reference line which shows the level of the measure for the baseline period.

- The should be a table on the bottom of the tab which shows the measure selected in a numeric from and the percent change from the baseline. Note for Market Share, Market Share is already a % Change so when Market Share is selected it should just be Change.

- In the quarterly view, the months need to be grouped into threes. These are just arbitrary quarters and not the actual calendar quarters. For example, if the contract date is Febuary 2010 the baseline quarter would be November 2009 thru January 2010. The first quarter would be February 2010 thru April 2010. If the contract date is March 2010, the baseline quarter would be December 2009 thru February 2010. The first quarter would be April 2010 thru June 2010.
