please help me to  read the share point Excel file Name,Modified,Modified by information.

Read the sharepoint files through  a Mapped drive and use Filetime() function for the modified date

Import Excel File from SharePoint to QlikView without writing Job

I doubt it is possible to get the Modified by details directly.
