I want to show ctc of employee for date range who to show ?

Dear All,

I have following table for employee salary , Now I have CTC act filed in transaction ie. in salary transaction ,

Now when I want to show ctc   from 28/2/13 to 31/08/13  report should show me 620160 ctc act

after 31/08/13  report should show me 744240 as ctc act earn how to show this in pivot table.

Create a pivot table, use D_PAY_DATE as dimension and only(CTC_ACT) as expression. See attached qvw.
