IMPORTING FROM EXCEL, COPYING FROM ROWS ABOVE

When importing an EXCEL spreadsheet I'd like to replace all TOTAL rows with the HEADER from above.

Looking at the attached spreadsheet, I would want the TOTAL description in the group to be replaced by CANADA and USA.

Is there an easy way to accomplish this?
