Indicate Max value of sparkline in column in straight table

Hello,

I have generated sparklines (Mini Charts) in a straight table.  I want the next column in this table to indicate the Maximum value in the sparkline

Can anyone offer a suggestion of how to add this column?

Please see a sample of the data attached.

For example, for 2016 V7 the answer should be 3 because this is the highest value in the sparkline chart.
