Is it possible to group by all values that are different from each other ?

Hello.

I  want to group  all values that are different from each other, for example. In a column 'NBR_1' there  is values from 1 to 500+. Instead of grouping all '1' values I want to group all the different values. They are already pre grouped . Here is a excel example.
