Hi All

I have few Excel sheets and I want below KPIs I got 7-8 synthetic key while am loading the data How to do this.

          1)      Gross Retail Sales

                              formula (Total Amt - Cass SS)

          2)     Gross Smart Sales     

                              Formula ( Cash SS)

          3)      Net Retail Sales

                               Formula (Basic - Cash SS + Total Tax)

          4)      Total Gross Sales 

                              Formula ( Total Amt)

          5)       Net Sales

                             Formula ( Basic)

          6)      No. of Visit (store wise)

          7)      Visit Bucket

How to convert (Daily Sales Report 11.06.2013 & 12.06.2013) file using cross table......

Hi, try to do a question or explain better what do you want to be easier help you

it is very difficult if you only up 7 xls document about 60mb of xls that we dont know anything about it

please try to take time and explain beter what do you really want.

Hi,

A simple idea:

All your excels have the field store code or Invoice Number except i one of them. This one (Store Code) will be the key for all the tables.

Try To:

• You need all the fields?   
• Create UNION for sheets with the same structure, thus have fewer tables and synthetic keys.
• Rename to an alias other fields with the same name, to avoid synthetic keys.

But if you like you can explain to us what do you expect about.
