Legend colour doesn't match expression

Hi Community,

I have a scatter chart where I have set the bubble colours via the expression and Background Colour, but for some reason the Legend does not acknowledge the change in settings.

The bubbles show the colour I expect, do I need to enter the colour variable into the Legend somewhere else?

Thank you for your response. I decided to delete the object and start again, and it has fixed itself. A very strange issue!
