MOM and top 5 counts location and year wise

hi all,

i am having Month field like Jan,Feb,Mar....................i need the MOM analysis and MOM comparison on Employee-id count .pls if any on know this help out this.

for this count(Employeeid), location and year wise top 5 count is required.
