Macro runs in Desktop, but not from Live Application

Hi, I have a macro set up which runs when in the Desktop version, however when you try and run the macro from the application it does not run. Can someone please assist and advise what further information I need to provide you with?

I have attached screenshots of my macro set up incase there is something I am missing.

Have you applied trigger for button?

Create a batch file to reload the app, and run this batch file by windows scheduler.

The sad fact is that if you are using Ajax, many macros wont work. If you are using the IE plugin, then this macro could work, providing Excel is installed on the server for the QV service account.
