Mail Notitication

Hi Community,

I wanted to notify a mail on completing the document refresh.

For Ex.

Test.qvw - once it is refreshed and one mail should go to test@xxx.com

can some one pls suggest how it is possible.

you need to configure the recipient's email address under QEMC --> System --> Distribution Service --> Alert Email

suppose if u have 10 qvw's you want to create alert mail for only one qvw?

select the job left hand side -->

That is Alert tab where it is in Tools menu.

In mail tab you will be explained the defaults of your mail settings and after that you will create an alert for your document from alert tab.

i don't have server access at present so check/Test it once .
