Max value

I want to find max value in a chart expression.The field I used max[Fuel Surveyed] on expression.BUt it shows garbage after expression "Fuel Surveyed" and not showing the max values in report.Any solution

max([Fuel Surveyed])  do you get an error after this expression?

May be you missed the brackets max([Fuel Surveyed])

Use this. Also make sure that the field is spelled capitalized as in the data model, QlikView is case sensitive also for the names of the fields.

The problem is that I want to show only the corresponding max values from a set of records..but now syntax is working but it s not showing me the largest value in a set of records
