Multiple Fields in a single column in Straight table

Hi,

Is it possible to make a straight table using multiple columns in a single field like mentioned in the attached excel file?

ABC, XYZ and PQRS are three different dimensions and lets say, for example, i am trying to  get the sum of sales for each dimension values.

Not sure, How ABC sales will equivalent to "Sum of All Code Sales where XYZ.1 and XYZ.2 is equl to N", why this statement as this?
