You can try contacting Qlik Sales or Qlik Partner, but I'm afraid you won't be able to install the Server/Publisher on your laptop without proper license.

there are not really many options available. Unless you're a QlikView Partner and have a QlikView License, you won't be able to install QlikView Server in your laptop. So, your only option is to get acess to a QlikView Server Installation however this is not so feasible unless you have any contact in a company that has QlikView,

You cannot practice without access to a QV Server. So, I can think of: - attending QV training where you get this access for a couple days
- work for a company which has it
