Need to Display top 3 in Bar chart

Hi All,

Need to display only the Top 3 Names and the status in the bar chart who has done the maximum Funded(Fund) .

I  have 2 dimension Name and Status and Expression = Count.

Please Let me know the solution. Qlikview file am attaching.

Hey Ankit,

I have attached the solution.

So what I am doing is for each Status I am finding out the Top 3 Names wrt to count. In one case there will be more than 3 as one Name was like 10 and remaining four were 1. So instead of three you will see 5 names.

Hi,

To get top 3 based on my expression I'm using "Dimension Limits" (If you work with QV 11) and next specify show just First 3 Values and sort by "Y-Value" Desc, See attached qvw.

Oh ok got you. Attached with answer. I created a flag on the back-end to solve this.
