Can we have nested Heat map in Qlikview ?

Depends on what you mean. QlikView can have several dimensions in a block chart (which sometimes also is called heat map). In the picture below, the first dimension has the values A, B and C and the second has the values X, Y  and Z.

Is this in the line of what you want?
