New to Qlikview

I've a set of data where I'm require to plot a table to alert users that their accounts are due for billing with in a 12 month Period

I have list of with the following information:
Account ID | Date | Frequency 

12 = monthly billing

4 = quarterly billing

2 = half yearly billing

1= yearly billing

Current Data set

Stuck at:

LOAD
[Account No],
Date,
Date(Monthstart(Date),'MMM') as Month,
Frequency

FROM
[Source.xlsx]
(ooxml, embedded labels, table is Data);

Eventual Idea Result

Was thinking along the lines of creating a flag but I'm unsure how do i create monthly flags as compared to using an auto calendar to create daily flags.
