Hi,
I have used a chart to show two expressions, f.e. Expr_A and Expr_B. In my source db there aren't any rows to determine the value for Expr_B, while Expr_A is valuable. When I put these two expressions into a chart I cannot see anything. Obviously, I have associated some dimensions to the chart. Is this behaviour right or do I make a mistake?
How can I solve this issue, please? Thanks
Hi,
I have solved the issue managing null values in the expressions. Each expression is calculated with adding some fields. It is enough that one of these fields is null to not permit to determine the final value for the expression. So any expressions aren't visible on the chart. This behaviour is less nice for me and not well documented.
Thanks
Moreover, I have tried to put Expr_A and Expr_B into a table box and also in this case I cannot see any data rows. I have cut the Expr_B, that hasn't any rows in the table source to determine it, and now I can see the values for Expr_B. Do I manage null values for measures onto a chart or table box?
Thanks
