Not able to open QMC

I am getting below error on opening QMC, any leads.. where to check?

Restart Qlikview services on Qlikview installed Local Services

Hi,

it looks services are down and not running.Check the services from below location and restart if not running.

Control Panel -> Administrative tools -> Services -> QlikView services.

You mean the services are not restarting? Is this a production server or DEV/Test?

Service is not restarting, once i restart it and refresh ..again status is showing blank from started.

Check if the service account has got locked or expired password.
