Open Qvw problem

Hello,

I'm struggling to open QVW of 2GB, It might take up to 30-40 minutes if open in conventional way. Just one core thread is running. The same time, when I open the same file with reload it takes 2-3 minutes (I'm using binary load for data plus some light adjustments), Has anybody met such problem before?

Server performance while opening this file is attached.
