Phone Number Cleanup - Replace non-numeric

Howdy!

I would like to be able to remove all non numeric characters from a phone number field.

Examples of values in my  Phone1 field

1) (999)999-9999

2 9999999999

3) 999-999-9999

Essentially, no matter what, i want to find and replace all (,),- with ''

purgechar(Phone1, ')(-')
