QMC Category extraction

Is there a way of pulling out a list of document categories on the QMC ?

I would like to pull in a list of categories and apps put in those categories.

with a default installation you will find your QVPR under C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\ManagementService\QVPR and in the QVPR database there is a xml, category.xml.
