QV Personal Edition ativação de licenças

Ola Amigos,

Ao tentar abrir qualquer arquivo no meu servidor QlikView, recebo a seguinte mensagem:

Sua instalação do Qlikview excedeu o número de recuperação de documento permitidas para uma licença do Personal Edition.
Para continuar a usar o Qlikview você precisará comprar uma licença completa do Qlikview.
Entre em contato com o escritórtio de vendas local do qlikview; para ver a lista dos escritórios de vendas.

Já atualizei as minhas licenças e mesmo assim não consigo abrir os arquivos.
Alguém consegue me ajudar?

Hi,

Before opening the file, go the Settings menu, User Preferences, License tab and click on the "Clear License Information". Close QlikView and open it again. In the start page, go to Open in Server, expand "Show Options" and set a user in the form DOMAIN\USERNAME ans specify your server. Once you are prompted fro password, you should see the upper part "You are leasing a license from YOURSERVER" instead of "You are running QlikView Personal Edition".

If all the above went fine, then open your document.

Muito obrigada pela ajuda!

Depois de seguir os passos passados agora recebo a seguinte mensagem de erro:

O QlikView não pode obter informações de licença válidas para seu número de licen. Por favor, contate o suporte da QlikView assistência.

Robertta acredito que o que você precisa é realizar um aluguel de licença do seu servidor Qlikview assim como o Miguel informou.

Glad to help Robertta,

What types of licenses are you using? Server or Standalone? If it's a Server license that includes several User Named CALs then you don't need to add the license number in each copy of the Desktop software, it takes it from the Server.

If it does is the standalone (one license number per copy, you will see that in the license agreement) you will better check with your QlikView sales rep just in case.
