QV SR 10 to 12 patch and backup folders

Hi,

We are going to upgrade QV 11 SR10 to SR12. I have already posted related to upgrade to this community.

I have summarized the details in the attachment. Please validate the steps(Attached file) and let me know if I missed anything.

Also please share what should I take backup before applying the patch.
