QV document not showing arrows on search box on live server

Hi

I have a qlikview document with a search box.  This works fine when deployed to access point on one server but when put into access point on our live server the down arrow will not show - see screen shots attached.  Any ideas would be appreciated

I guess the most obvious questions are - are you using the same version of QlikView on each server and are the screenshots from the same browser?

yes the same version is being used and the same browser.

Uh huh, ok, are you using the QlikView Web Server service on both servers, or QVWS on one and IIS on the other?

Running short of ideas... are both servers Enterprise licences, or is one a Test licence?

one might be test not sure?

Take a look at the LEF files on the test/dev server then. In the QMC, go to System | Licence | QlikView Server Licence

If it's a test licence, it will say so in the LEF.

The Development server is using test licenses and this is the one that is showing the arrows the one with the enterprise licenses will not show them.
