QVD where clauses, reusing a workbook for different sites

Is it possible to use the same QVW + QVD, but load different data for different users based on a variable? Also if we do that are they still considered the same document (we're running Extranet Server with its 3 document limit).

We have 100+ sites of data within the same QVD file. Each site will be able to view summary information from all sites, but only it's own own detail - ie everyone can view total sales v but a site can see it's own individual sales orders. We've constructed the QVD with that in mind and I envisage setting a variable based on the site code so we only load the relevant detail. Is that possible in QlikView?

you could do this with section access, it should work with the variable (though this has to be an actual field with data ) you had in mind of using
