I have created an QVW Application , when i turn of  ViwWeb the layout of chart changes , How do i fix it , so that my layout remains constant over normal and webview .

As per my knowledge you will have a slit Layout variation between the normal mode and webview mode . We don't have the option to correct the same. You could try installing the IE plugin that will help you

share screen shot, what changes occur in chart?

Are rest objects remain same over webview?

Dear John,

I think you are using Styling Mode "Advanced" therefore, you are experiencing this issue.

I would recommended you don't apply Advanced styles.

Hi,

There will be slight difference in Webvieew(Ajax) and desktop.

Try by adjusting charts when you switch to web view.

Or In case you are looking at exact replica.

Then you must install Qlik Plugin.

How do i handle this ? becuase what ever the layout i have set in normal mode , once i turn into webbroweser view the size will be biger and it will just look awkward , i tried to adjust this size again in the webview but when i turn to normal view now their the size is changed . How do i handle this ? is tgher any setting for this where upon the size remains constant irrespective of the normal or webview ?

I dont find any plugins , are this available for free ? do i just need to install then ? by defualt it will adjust the size ?

Hi,

Yes plugin is for free.

You can find plugin in this location of your server.

C:\Program Files\QlikView\Server\QlikViewClients\QlikViewPlugin

You need to install plugin in client machine.

Plugin will work with IE only.
