Qlik web server service not running

Dear QV Experts,

I have install Qlikview SR13 on server all the services are running on Administrator who has full rights on server,

facing two issues

1. Unable to restart Qlik "web server"  service below is this error screen

2. Unable to Uninstall Qlik view server below is this error screen shot for the same

How to over come those issue please guide us.

try to restrt all ur services and system aswell
