I wondered if anybody else had experienced the problem we are experiencing.
My parent company hosts the QlikView server to which I have no access (very frustrating!) and they have added a number of CALs so that my users can obtain a leased license allowing them to view the main QlikView documents offline.
The problem we have is my users connect to the system and obtain a leased license which is supposed to last for 30 days however when they power off the machine such as over the weekend the leased license is lost. This is resulting in them having to connect to the Qlik Server via VPN every day or so just to obtain a license once again.
This is very frustrating and if anyone can shed light as to why this is happening I would be most grateful.
