The AccessPoint is a combination of services, most of them created by Qlik (except possibly for the Web server displaying the AccessPoint landing page) whose cooperation results in output displayed in a user's web browser. The AccessPoint is usually just the page on which the document thumbnails are listed initially. As soon as you open a document, control is forwarded to QlikView Server which sends the document information to your selected client.

If you want to monitor what is happening to the AccessPoint itself, then you may have a look at a web site monitoring tool or service. If you want to monitor everything QlikView, have a look at the PowerTools. One of them checks the QlikView services at regular intervals and can send emails when one of those consituent services goes down.

Is there any way which we can track at what time access point is down?

Apparently the solutions from the second paragraph in my previous post are not enough to answer your question, so maybe you should take a moment to explain in detail what you mean by "... track at what time access point is down"...
