Qlikview Dashboard on a 24/7 Control Screen

Hello everyone

We have 2 Qlikview servers with Cluster.

a user access  unified address and is directed to the available server.

I have a Dashboard requirement for a control room that will be available 24/7 without any intervention and no gesture from the user and refreshed every 5 minutes.

The alternatives to display as I understand are:

  1. AJAX in IE.
  2. IE PlugIn.
  3. Desktop App -open in server.

The model does indeed refresh from the server and the model is presented fairly stable.

I currently have 2 issues with the solution:

  1. In the browser view(both AJAX and Plugin) every few days the model stops refreshing and loses connection to the server, probably the browser's memory or something like that.

  1. In the Desktop App display, the model remains stable for a long period of time. However, if Falover is executed in the Cluster and moves from server A to server B, although from the user's remains the same address,  The software collapses and Up again only after manual intervention.

I'd like to hear about the architecture of the solution from an organization that uses Qlikview as a frequently refreshed control screen.

And if someone has a solution to the problems I have presented.

  Thanks
