Hi,
Make sure you are not using same Id to login from different locations.
Usually this error comes when you login with the same account from two different PCs or locations.

ASHFAQ
Hi Ashfaq,
we are not using the same ID to login from different locations.
We have two webservers (IIS). Both the IIS are bind with this link ‘qbi-staging.test.com’. I am trying to open the application using this link ‘https://qbi-staging.test.com’, it is showing ‘Lost connection to server, reconnecting’. But after sometime it is loading the application. Then when I select some values this message keep on coming.
sometimes Accesspoint is showing " Service Temporarily Unavailable,
sorry! The server is currently unable to handle the request due to temporary overloading or maintance of the server ". but sometimes it is loading properly.
Please let me know in case of any additional details.
Thanks,
Sibin Jacob. C

happend with all of the documents?
it is a new error or always happend? do you update or change some configuration?
Hi Fernando,
Below are my reply on your questions.
lost connection always? or it is new?
We recently configured this server and getting this error always.
happend with all of the documents?
Yes, it is showing for all the documents.
it is a new error or always happend? do you update or change some configuration?
We recently configured/added this server.
We completed the server configuration in Dev and QA. It is working fine in Dev and QA.
Then we started with Staging and production.
Both the environments having 2 web servers and both the servers having this issue also.
Thanks for your reply. Please let me know in case of any additional details.

Is the Qlikview Server on a different Windows Server.
When you Configured the Qlikview Server did you do a restart of the Windows Server?
Check that all processes are running in services "C:\Windows\System32" services file
