I'm running Qlikview for Windows version 11.20.12664.0 SR9 on Windows 7 64 bit.
When I launch HELP | CONTENTS I get the list of topics, but clicking on those doesn't actually pull up anything. It's like the help articles are missing. Any way to fix this?
My approach was to uninstall and reinstall the application, but if I launch CONTROL PANEL | PROGRAMS & FEATURES and try to uninstall it I get weird permission errors (#5) with the Windows Installer service.
Any thoughts?
Did you try Repair? You could try reinstalling without uninstalling.
Yes - I did try a repair first. Same issue. Windows Installer service issues.
Finally got the app uninstalled using an MS "Fix It" routine, but now I can't get it to re-install.
