I have a problem with qlikview reports in iPads.
reports don't load in iPads and just a white screen loaded.
Please help me to solve this,

Have you tried opening through Chrome instead of Safari or the app? Chrome includes a built-in PDF viewer, so you should not have problems for opening reports

The issue is not just with PDF reports. none of it works. We just get a blank screen when we try to connect to the qlikview document.
We are on 11.2

Hello, is your publishing task and QV web server set up to display on the "Full Browser and Small Device Version" client?
Yes. Web Server is set on "Full Browser and Small Device Version". We dont use the publisher.
Note: This just happened when we moved to the version 11.20.12235. It was working fine on the earlier version on Qlikview.
Is this on the access point or strictly when you are opening a document?
