Why do I lose re-size functionality for single columns in chart/straight table when the table is placed in a container ? The problem only occurs in web-view.

For tables that is not placed in a container the problem doesn´t exist.

AFAIK this is a bug and I don't know if it was already fixed in one of the last releases (for this you could take a look on the release notes).

I have looked for release notes and read a few, but not found anything about this topic.

Do you know where to find a complete list of releases and their notes ?

Unfortunately I don't know a complete list of release notes respectively open and fixed bugs. But the list of fixed bugs within the release notes goes often a few releases back and therefore you musn't look into each one. Until QV SR 12 is this a bug - possible changes could only be later.

Beside them if it's an important feature for your users you could create a workaround by emulating the container with a frame and some buttons/textboxes which control a variable within the visibility-conditions of your charts.
