Dear All,
I used rank() in expression defination for calculating top 10...and i got that but how i can suppress other value in expression field other than top 10 in pivot table.
below is my expression :-
=if(Rank(Count( {<SUB_VERTICAL_DESC={'AUTO'} >} SI_NO)) <=10,Count( {<SUB_VERTICAL_DESC={'AUTO'} >} SI_NO))

Why don't you use Calculated Dimension? Calculate what do you want in it, so it should help.

I haven't looked at your issue in detail.
But do look at the Dimension Limits tab which can be useful to do Top n or Bottom n etc....
There is Dimension Limits tab in a pivot object I think.

once i click on the particular Disp_Catogory ...then it appears correct count order as top 10 but when i unclick the same then it appears in diffrent count..

I'm struggling to figure out what your final desired output looks like. I came up with same thing as Dennis, using a calculated dimention for INTERMD_NAME, secondary to DISP_CATEGORY.
