Scatter Chart positions should be Top-Origined

HI ,

My file contains an Scatter chart object in that it displays the result of Length vs Depth,  it showing the output exactly.

One thing is that, in my requirement says that should start its position (0,0) axis from Top-Origined. But which i developed scatter chart is getting Bottom-Origined.

Pls see the below fig.

How can i make this scatter chart position (0,0) axis to Top-Origined.

Pls share your knowlege on this.

try configuring values of static Min and Static max On the Axis Tab.Set these values according to ur requirement.

I have prepared an application but don't knw why in the Axis tab ...Static Min and Max Option are coming  Disabled.
