Section access based on heirarcy

Hi All i have a table where my data is as below

Salesmanager         salesboy   sales

1                                  A1          100

1                                   A2         20

1                                   A3         16

2                                   B1         122

2                                   B2         103

Sales manager 1 should be able to see only the sales boys under him when he opens the application

Sales manager 2 should be able to see only the sales boys under him when he opens the application

salesboy  A1 should be able to see only his data

salesboy  A2 should be able to see only his data
