Session Log

In the session Log files there are columns as Identifying User, Authenticated User and QlikView user.

Could any one help me in understanding this columns in the session logs?

Below is quoted from QlikView server reference manual

Authenticated User: Authenticated Windows NT® user ID (if any).

Identifying User: Client user identification.

QlikView User: QlikView section access user ID (if used).

For instance, when logging into QlikView as Windows Domain user in SSO environment, both Authenticated User and Identifying User are the same user information; Domain\User. In case of anonymous user, both of them are NULL.

Only when using section access, QlikView User column is to be used, otherwise this column is NULL.
