Set Analysis - Filter the Dimension and Ignore all Filters for Count

I have a table information in pivot table as below with filtering by date (08 Aug and 09 Aug)

My problem is outstanding only show for specific date which is 08-Aug and 09-Aug, i would like to show the total of outstanding instead of specific date (e.g. 09-Aug = 800++). How can I do it and what formula can be apply?

In fact the total outstanding for processor is 800++

For example, by refer to As-Is table outstanding only show for specific date which is 08-Aug and 09-Aug only.

Total Outstanding for processor "ABC" as at 09 Aug is 800 cases (To be table). I would like to show the total of oustanding 800 cases for processor "ABC". Appreciate if your could share with me what formula should be apply?

How did you come up with 800 for Outstanding? Without knowing the logic, we will have a hard time giving you any solution. Can you share raw date behind your above example?
