Sort not being maintained

Hello Everyone,

I have a chart in my dashboard that I sort by an aggregate calculated value.  Everyday I come in, this chart is "un-sorted" and my priority order is changed.  Has anyone else suffered from this phenomenon?  My Qlikview version is 11.20.12664.0   I'm at a loss of what to do.

Did you try to Uncheck the interactive chart option?

Provide sample application.. Without that it's difficult to guess and work.

Can share screenshot of you chart and on what basis you want to sort means Dim wise or expression wise?

Unfortunately, I'm not sure I can share the chart.  However, I can say that the sorting should occur on an expression and not a dim.

Dim Name and on which expression you want to sort?

Otherwise ,If you cannot share , try to create sample data and share, that  is related to your issue.

If you want get solution in less time , Create sample data and share it.

might be due to some reason,

1.if you are using Caluculated dim sometimes its not work. Try to create in backend itself

2.i pointed in your screen promote your expression to top  and select only one sort type for that expression  also deselect all sort types for all .

Can you make a proof? Use the same expresion in sort by expresion.
