Split Variable Forecasting

Hey guys! I am working on a report that show invoiced amounts by year for a certain project. Currently my output is above. I need to break this up such that it look like this:

Forgive my bad excel skills..

A. Is this possible?

B. If so- can I make it rolling based on current year?

Forgive me for being confused. I put the screenshots into the question. The only variables that I am pulling in are Project, Invoice Date and Invoice Amount.
