Hello,
I was wondering if I could get some help please.
I have a list of sales team members and their sales in a pivot table. I would like to show the subtotal for each sales team as well as the grand total. Please see example below of current data set and what I would like to achieve.
Current dataset
Sales Team | Number of deals | Sales |
---|---|---|
Sales1 | 2 | 23 |
Sales2 | 7 | 40 |
Sales3 | 3 | 25 |
Total | 12 | 88 |
Desired Result
Sales Team | Number od deals | Sales |
---|---|---|
Sales1 | 2 | 23 |
Sales2 | 7 | 40 |
Sales3 | 3 | 25 |
Total | 12 | 88 |
Blue team | 9 | 63 |
Red team | 3 | 25 |
Many thanks,
Esther
Hi,
Please try Pivot table where should be selected option "show partial sum" per each dimension on the presentation tab.
Hope it will help you.
