Create HardwareProduct.qvw and place it in the same folder where SportsProduct.qvw is present. It will appear on refresh

Hi,

you can use Loop and reduce on the Field from where you get Sport/Cosmatic/Hardware values, it will then create a single qvw for all fieldvalues. You can also use filter setting where you "point" at the Field and the fieldvalue Hardware. All this if you have Publisher and all settings is inside QMC. Then reload the task and "copies" will show up in QMC, after that you need to put some authentication on the documents and schedule the tasksettings.

Hi John,

copy & paste HardwareProduct.qvw where the remaining 3.qvw's are there.

i.e all your 4 files are in the same folder like abcdxyz folder

Product.qvw

--SportsProduct.qvw

--CosmaticProduct.qvw

--HardwareProduct.qvw

Now select the HardwareProduct.qvw and schedule this task after completion of CosmaticProduct.qvw so that it automatically sibling of other 3 jobs

i hope you already know how to schedule the job else go through the below links

Hi,

You can create as many copies you want from 1 Source document. All you have do do is use Publisher to create the copies. If you click on the Source document you will perhaps see 2 tasks and all setting how they create the Sport and Cosmatic reports.

Hi John, you can always make a copy of a task, it will then inherit the settings. You can then look into the 3 boxes to find out more how it works and what settings that have been used. Search in the community for "create task from sourcedocument" or "publish document" or something like that. Publisher is a littlebit tricky to understand but very useful.
