Hello
I want to produce a graph which wikl show the top 5 utilised services for an organisation, which i have achieved by using the Max Visible Numer function on the chart properties 'presemntation' tab. However i would like to show a sixth column on my graph to show the total of all other services.
For instance say io requuired a top two in the following scenario:
Service 1 - 4 Hits
Service 2 - 3 Hits
Service 3 - 2 hits
Service 4 - 1 hit
I would require the chart to show
Service 1 - hits
Service 2 - 3 Hits
Others - 3 Hits.
Any Ideas about how this could be acheived ?
Jon
Hi, jonSquires,
you can use the tablechart, in presentation you can enter the top-number and the label for all other values.
Thansk is there any way to show this on a bsar graph?
On the presentation tab, set the max number visible to 5, and checkmark "Show Others (Label)".
Hi John,
At this moment I have simillar need to show top 10 and others, but, using "Show Others (Label)" option i get the label, but no expression result for that. Any ideas why it is so?
I have 2 expressions:
1) Share %: =sum(Sales)/sum(total Sales)
2) Rank: =rank([Share %])
Edit:
I use Straight Table object

I found the strange solution - for expression [Share %] you have to use Sum of Rows as Total Mode in Expressions tab
