Total Mode

How do I change the Total Mode for an expression in a chart.

Show Total on the Dimension Limits tab enabled.

try to use straight table then you l see the radio button is active to that total mode, no total

If you're using QV11 you may have the option Show Total on the Dimension Limits tab enabled. If you uncheck that option the total bar would go away. In Qlikview 10 the option is located on the Presentation tab.

I am on Qlikview 11.  All the expressions that I am sub totaling are using "Expression Total" whereas two are using sum in the Total Mode box.  I cannot seem to change that setting.

I'm trying to do the same in v.11 but all the total options are disabled. Do you know how to actívate them?

total mode is only active in straight table

If you need totals in a pivot table Partial Sums might give ya what you need.
